Court Jails Microfinance Bank Official 7years for N8.75m Fraud
Justice Dije Aboki of the Kano State High Court on January 25, 2018 convicted and sentenced one Alhaji Munir Sagagi, Chiarman of the Nigerian Association of Small Scale Industries, Kano Chapter, to seven years imprisonment without option of fine. Trouble started when he was arrested by the operatives of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, following a petition by one Alhaji Nasir Abubakar.
