ERIC ED153303: Education and Training for Public Sector Management in Developing Countries. A Special Report.

The primary objective of a conference held in Bellagio, Italy, and of this follow-up volume is to assess various educational and training models and strategies for improving the effectiveness with which top- and middle-level public management functions are performed in developing countries.
