1998-Nigeria-Country Portfolio Review Report

This report is based on the findings of the Bank’s Portfolio Review mission undertaken in Nigeria during the period 28 October to 18 November 1998, various other Bank supervision missions, and also continuous monitoring of the portfolio. It reviews recent economic developments and the status of Bank Group operations in the country, identifies constraints impeding project implementation, and presents remedial actions taken to enhance the quality of the portfolio.
