The three mills were to complement each other in meeting the nation’s demand for paper and paper products. The Nigerian Newsprint Manufacturing Company Limited, (NNMC), (now OKIPP Limited) was incorporated in 1975 as a private limited liability company to produce 100,000 metric tons of finished newsprint per annum.
