Welcome Aboard USCGC Cowslip (WLB-277)

Two pages of white 8.5" x 11" paper, folded and stapled in the middle to form an eight page booklet. The front cover has the diagonal Coast Guard stripes of wide red and narrow blue, with their seal at the top. Along the right edge it says "Welcome Aboard," and at the bottom right corner is a color illustration of the USCGC Cowslip, WLB-277. (USCGC = United States Coast Guard Cutter) (WLB = sea going buoy tender). The back cover has a full page illustration of a 9x35 LWR (Limited Whistle Radar Protector) buoy.
