2011-NTF Financial Statements

The Nigeria Trust Fund (the Fund or NTF) was established under an agreement signed on February 26, 1976 (the Agreement) between the African Development Bank (ADB or the Bank) and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The African Development Bank, which is headquartered in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, manages the resources of the Fund on behalf of the Government of Nigeria. The purpose of the Fund is to assist in the development efforts of the poorer ADB regional member countries.
