Nigeria - Shared Telecoms Infrastructure Project - ESMP Summary

The project consists of the nationwide expansion of a shared telecommunication infrastructure network owned by Helios Towers Nigeria (“Helios Towers” or the “Company”). The company currently owns and operates about 383 wireless telecommunications tower sites across Nigeria. As part of its expansion, the company plans to construct 917 additional tower sites to bring its total sites to 1,300 by December 2010.
