The Federal High Court of Nigeria announces with deep sorrow, the passing of her esteemed former Chief Judge, the Hon. Justice Daniel Dantsoho Abutu. According to family sources, he died on 3rd June, 2025, after a brief illness. He hailed from Kogi State and was born on 15th March, 1946.
