Memorandum of Conversation, by an Adviser of the United States Delegation to the Trusteeship Council ( McKay )

is had asked the French Delegation to raise an objection to the fact that Mr. Sears ’ statements on the French Cameroons and French Togoland in the Trusteeship Council were being publicized in West Africa by the United States Information Officers in Lagos and Accra.
