145. Circular Instruction From the Department of State to Certain Diplomatic Missions

The 15th GA is expected to consider the applications of the following sixteen new states: Cameroun, Togo, Republic of Congo (former Belgian), Mali Federation, Malagasy Republic, Somali Republic, Dahomey, Niger, Upper Volta, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Gabon, Chad, Congo (former French), Central African Republic, and Cyprus.
