ultilateralism is closer coordination of all assistance to individual countries through various forms of consultative groups of aid-supplying countries. There are now eighteen such groups—in India, Pakistan, Ceylon, Turkey, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Nigeria, Ghana, Sudan, East Africa, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Korea.
