not accidental that I am visiting several oil producing countries. We recognize your leadership on this issue. Saud: I have been encouraged by recent statements from several OPEC members which have been quite reasonable, even those from Algeria and Nigeria. I think the environment will be good. President: I hope you’ll keep Secretary Vance informed on how we can help on this issue. Saud: That has become normal between us. [Omitted here is material unrelated to the Middle East.]
