APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS It is hereby notified that, in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 1 of Regulation 3 of the Emergency Powers (General) Regulations, 1962, the Administrator for Western Nigeria has appointed the persons whose names arc specified in the first column of the Schedule below to perform, with effect from 3rd June, 1962, the functions of the Administrator in respect of matters specified opposite each such Commissioner in the second column of the said Schedule.
