L.N. 6 of 1972 IMMIGRATION ACT 1963 (1963 No. 6) Sydney Li Prohibited Immigrant Order 1972 Commencement: 11th February 1972 I, the Federal Commissioner for Internal Affairs, being of opinion that the admission of SYDNEY Lr into Nigeria would be contrary to the interest of national security and acting under the powers conferred upon me by section 17 (1) (d) of the Immigration Act 1963 the said SYDNEY Lr shall be deemed to be a prohibited immigrant and shall be refused admission into Nigeria and I hereby so order accordingly.
