PROFESSIONAL BODIES (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) DECREE 1972 Decree No.3 [71/t February 1972] THE FEDERAL i\1ILITARY GOYERNMENT hereby decrees as follows : 1.- (1) If the Head of the Federal Military Government after consultation with the Federal Executive Council is satisfied that it is desirable in the public interest so to do he may notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any enactment by order published in the Federal Gazette permit the practice in Nigeria of any of the professions specified in the Schedule here under by persons other than citizens of :;..Nigeria.
