CUSTOMS AND EXCISE MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) DECREE.)972 Decree No. 10 [1Oth April 1972 J THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. In section 2 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1958 (hereinafter in this Decree referred to as "the principal Act"), in the definition of the expression "goods", after the word "includes" there shall be inserted the word "money". 2.
