NIGERIAN INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1972 Decree No. 14 [18th August 1971) THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1.
