LOANS TO STUDENTS (RECOVERY) DECREE 1972 Decree No. 21 [see section 6 (2)] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1.- (1) Without prejudice to any other method for the recovery of loans, any loan to which this Decree relates shall be recoverable in accordance with the following provisions of this section. (2) If the Commissioner so directs, a loan under this section shall be recoverable from any emoluments or any payments payable on account of, or in respect of any benefits, to any person to whom such loan has been granted by the employer.
