RECOVERY OF PUBLIC PROPERTY (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1972 Decree No. 22 [24th December 1970] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. The Recovery of Public Property (No. 2) Decree 1970 is hereby amended as follows ( a) immediately after section 3 there shall be inserted the following new section 4- " Disposal of other relevant assets. 4.-(1) Where the Head of the Federal Military Government is satisfied that there are relevant assets, other than those mentioned in the foregoing sections 2 and 3, he may by an instrument direct that the assets in question shall be forfeited to th…
