STUDENTS LOANS BOARD DECREE 1972 Decree No. 25 [1st September 1971] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1.-{1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Students Loans Board. (2) The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and may sue and be sued in its own name.
