CORPORATIONS STANDING TENDERS BOARD (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1972 Decree No. 28 [1 9th July 1972] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. The Corporations Standing Tenders Board Decree 1968 is hereby amended as follows : (a) in section 1 (1), by the insertion after the word "shall" in the third "Special line of the words", subject to section 3A of this Decree, " ; (b) in section 3 (1), by the insertion after the word "shall" in the first line of the words ", subject to section 3A of this Decree, " ; and (c) by the insertion after section 3 of the following new section 3A.
