DEFENCE INDUSTRIES CORPORATION OF NIGERIA (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1972 Decree No. 40 [24th October 1972] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria Act 1964 and ( a) in sub-paragraph (2) (b) (ii), for the words "Commerce and Industry" there shall be substituted the word "Industries" ; and (b) for the existing sub-paragraph (2) (b) (vii) there shall be substituted the following new sub-paragraph "(vii) the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Finance." 2.
