ISS) The Nigerian Ports Authority (Dues and Rates) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 1972 Commencement :20th March 1971 Jn exercise of the powers conferred by section 82 of the Ports Act, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Nigerian Ports Authority hereby makes the following regulations : 1.
