ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1979 Decree No. 26 [26th June 1979] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. The Electoral Decree 1977 is hereby amended as follows, that is ( a) in subsection (4) of section 108 thereof, for the words "not later than 14 days" there shall be substituted the words "not later than 10 days" ; (b) in section 119 thereof and (i) in subsection (2), the words "less than 3 days or" are hereby repealed ; and (ii) in subsection (4), immediately after the words "as the case may be" in the first sentence therein there shall be inserted the words "and shall…
