L.N. 9 of 1979 EXCISE TARIFF (CONSOLIDATION) DECREE 1973 (1973 No.7) Excise Tariff (Duties) Order 1979 Commencement : 1st April 1979 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Excise Tariff (Consolidation) Decree 1973, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, th e Federal Executive Council hereby makes the following Order : 1.
