BANKING (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1979 Decree No. 88 [28th September 1979] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as - { follows: 1. The Banking Decree 1969 is hereby amended as follows : (a) in section 2, subsection (4) thereof shall be deleted ; (b) in section 3, for subsection (1) thereof, there shall be substituted the following new subsection "(!)
