LEGAL PRACTITIONERS (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1979 Decree No. 9 [1 sl January 1979] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decn::cs as follows: 1. Section 7 of the Legal Practitioners Decree 197 5 is hereby amended as fo llows, that is ( a) for subsection (2) thereof, there shall be substituted a new subsection as fo llows "(2) No legal practitioner (other than such a person as is mentioned in subsection (3) of section 2 of this Decree) shall be accorded the right of audience in any court in Nigeria in any year unless he has paid to the registrar in respect of that year a practising fee ( a) in the c…
