COMPANIES INCOME TAX (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1979 Decree No. 10 [27th July 1977] THE FEDERAL Military's GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. Paragraph (g) of subsection (1) of section 26 of the Companies Income Tax Act 1961 (which relates to reciprocal exemption from tax on profits accruing to a foreign company operating ships or aircraft) is hereby repealed. 2. This Decree may be cited as the Companies Income Tax (Amendment) Decree 1979 and shall be deemed to have come into force on 27th July 1977. M ADE at Lagos this 28th day of February 1979.
