NATIONAL YOUTH SERVICE CORPS (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1979 Decree No. 17 .... [8th May 1979] Commence THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows : 1. The National Youth Service Corps Decree 1973 is hereby amended as follows : (a) for section 2 thereof, there shall be substituted the following new section " Calling up 2.-(1) Subject to the provisions of this Decree every Nigerian of members shall of the corps.
