CORRUPT PRACTICES (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1979 Decree No. 27 [6th July 1979] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows : 1. Subsection ( 1) of section 20 of the Corrupt Practices Decree 197 5 (which relates to commencement of trial of offences) is hereby amended by substituting for the words "by evidence on affidavit" appearing therein the words "by proofs of the evidence intended to be adduced at the trial," and, consequentially, subsection (2) thereof is amended by deleting the words "evidence on affidavit" and substituting therefor the words "proofs of evidence". 2.
