FEDERAL MORTGAGE BANK OF NIGERIA (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1979 Decree No. 48 [lOth August 1979] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows : 1. For subsection (2) of section 3 of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria Decree 1977, there shall be substituted the following new subsection, that is "(2) The Board shall comprise the following members, that is to say (a) the Chairman ; (b) the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, or his representative ; (c) the Managing Director ; (d) three representatives of the Central Bank ; (e) three other persons who by reason of t…
