FEDERAL LOANS BOARD (REPEAL) DECREE 1979 Decree No. 49 [10th August 1979] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. Without prejudice to section 6 of the Interpretation Act 1964, the Federal Loans Board Act 1961 (formerly entitled the Industrial Loans (Lagos and Federation) Act) is hereby repealed and the Industrial Loans (Lagos and Federation) (Amendment) Act 1958 and the Industrial Loans (Lagos and Federation) (Change of Title) Act 1961 are consequentially repealed .
