SALES BY AUCTION DECREE 1979 Decree No. SO [10th August 1979] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as foUows : 1.-(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other enactment or law, the remuneration of any auctioneer for selling any property by auction shall be computed on the value of the property offered for sale as follows, that is to say (a) not exceeding N250,000 . .
