L.N. 34 of 1979 NATIONAL HONOURS ACT 1964 (1964 No. 5) Honours (Amendment) Warrant 1979 Commencement : 1st January 1964 In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the National Honours Act 1964, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Head of the Federal Military Government hereby makes the following warrant : 1.
