SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION DECREE 1979 Decree No. 71 [Ist April 1978] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows : Establishment,junctions, etc. of the Securities and Exchange Commission 1.-(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Securi~ ties and Exchange Commission (hereafter in this Decree referred to as "the Commission").
