NIGERIAN EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1979 Decree No. 72 "Member ship of the Council. [24th September 1979] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1.
