In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 subsection (3) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Chief Justice of Nigeria hereby makes the following Rules: ORDER 1 1.-(1) These Rules may be cited as the Fundamental Rights (Enforcement Procedure) Rules, 1979.
