A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ELECTRICITY CORPORATION OF NIGERIA Title. ORDINANCE, 1950. [By Notice] Date of commence ment. BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Federation of Nigeria Enactment. as follows : 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Electricity Corporation of Nigeria (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955, and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor-General by notice in the Gazette: Provided that the Governor-General may, if he thinks fit, appoint different days for the coming into operation of different provisions of this Ordinance.
