L.N. 50 of 1970 URRENCY ACT 1965 (1965 No. 20) Currency A t 1965 (Appointed Day) Order 1970 In exercise of the pow rs conferred by section 3 (2) of the Currency A t 1965 and of all other po ers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make e following Order : 1. The day appointed or the coming into force of the Currency Act 19 shall be 15th May 1970. Appoi day for No. 20 2. This Order may b cited as the Currency Act 1965 (Appointed Da ) Citatio Order 1970. MADE at Lagos this 2 h day of April 1970.
