LAND (PERPETUAL SUCCESSION) (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1970 Decree No. 30 [25th February 1970] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. In section 2 (2) of the Land (Perpetual Succession) Act (which relates to the circumstances under which the Commissioner may grant certificates of incorporation under the Act) for the word "accordingly" there shall be substituted the words "upon the payment of a fee of ten pounds and ten shillings". 2.-(1) This Decree may be cited as the Land (Perpetual Succession) (Amendment) Decree 1970 and shall apply throughout the Federation.
