.-(1) The Nigerian Army Act 1960 (as amended by section 2 ( of the Forces Acts (Amendment) Decree 1966 and section 1 (1) of the F Acts (Amendment) ( o. 2) Decree 1966) is amended in section 7 (1 (c) by substituting the rds "the Military Secretary'' for the words ' the Paymaster-General''.
