EXCISE (CONTRO OF DISTILLATION) (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1970 Decree No. 54 THE FEDERAL ILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees s follows: 1. Immediately after section 2 of the Excise (Control of Distillation ) Act 1964 there shall be i started the following section "Manu facture of spirits from crude gin. "2A.-(1) ny person to whom a distiller's licence has be n granted u der section 1 of this Act may be approved by t e Board for he purposes of this section.
