A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE FURTHER TO AMEND THE CRLMINAL PROCEDURE Title. ORDINANCE. Date of commence ment. BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Federation of Enactment. Nigeria as follows : 1. (l) This Ordinance may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Short title (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1955. :~~lication. (2) Section 2 of this Ordinance shall apply throughout the Federation. (3) Sections 3 and 4 of this Ordinance shall apply to Lagos only.
