A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PORTS ORDINANCE, 1954. • Title. Date of commence ment. BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Federation of Enactment Nigeria as follows : 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Ports (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance. 1955. 2. Section 8 of the Ports Ordinance, 1954, (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance), shall be amended as follows : (a) by the substitution of the words "two of such members shall be Nigerians" for the words "one of such members shall be a Nigerian" in the proviso to subsection (4) ; and
