NATIONAL RECONS UCTION AND DEVELOPMENT SAVINGS ( NDMENT) DECREE 1970 [7th January 1970] THE FEDERAL Military GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows : 1.-( 1) The functions of the Federal Executive Council exercisable in rel tion to refunds of excess ntributions by virtue of the National Recon st ction and Developmert· avings Decree (Amendment) 1969 shall no lon er be exercisable by that Council, but shall, instead, be exercisable by th Federal Commissioner for Finance.
