ARMS ORDI~ANCE (CHAPTER 14) Section 30. At the end of paragraph (c) of subsection (1), add "other than in respect of the licensing of firearms". Section 31. At the end of the Ordinance add the following new section "Ccrtain fees a Regional matter. • 31. (I) In respect of the licensing of firearms the Governor in Council of a Region may by regulation prescribe the fees to be charged and paid under this Ordinance.
