THE FORCES ACTS (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) DECREE 1%6 Decree No. 16 [17th January 1966] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows : 1.-(1} Section 7 (1) of the Nigerian Army Act 1960, as amended by section 2 (1) of the Forces Acts (Amendment) Decree 1966, is hereby further amended as follows ( a) in paragraph (a), after the word "Government" there shall be inserted the words "or an officer of the armed forces appointed by him" ; (b) in paragraph (b), after the word "Commander)" there shall be inserted the words "or an officer of the armed forces appointed by him" ; and (c) in paragrap…
