THE. PEtROLEUM PROFITS TAX (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1967 Decree No.1 [5th January 1967] Com nec ·THE. FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as foll ows : l.--( i) The Pet;oleum Profits T ax Act 1959 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified ·in the following provisions of this section.
