L.N. 3 ofl967 THE JURY ACT (CAP. 90) The Jury Exemption (Lagos) Notice 1967 Commencement : 30th December 1966 In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 6 of the Jury Act the Public Service Commission of the Federation hereby gives notice as follows 1. This notice may be cited as the Jury Exemption (Lagos) Notice 1967. 2. The following public officers in the Cabinet Office are hereby declared to be exempted from service as jurors The Senior Assistant Secretary to the Federal Executive Council The Senior Assistant Secretary (Security). GIVEN in Lagos this 30th day of December 1966.
