THE OATHS ACT (TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONS) DECREE 1966 Decree No. 27 [l7thJauuary 1966] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. All functions conferred on the President by the Oaths Act 1963 shall vest in the Head of the Federal Military Government ; and accordingly section 12 (3) of the Constitution (Suspension and Modification) Decree 1966 shall not apply to any such function. 2.
